Issa Hayatou may take the BBC into legal action

The vice president of FIFA Issa Hayatou, is considering taking legal action against the BBC over allegations over claims of corruption in an episode of 'Panorama'.

The episode titled "FIFA's Dirty Secrets", claims that Hayatou was given a bribe of £10,000 by a marketing company, but Hayatou insist it was given to the Confederation of African Football. The International Olympic Commitee are investigating the allegations. Nearly 3m viewers tuned into the programme on Monday night.
