Visa and MasterCard have reasons to block wikileaks too.

After Visa and Mastercard blocked payments to WikiLeaks a cable was released showing Russian suspicions that they were spying on Russians for the US Government. Visa wanted to block laws which would have kept Russian Payment data in Russia, with US government help.
