Hispanic inmates to be included in Christmas serenade

Prisoners housed in the jail cells controlled by the famous (or infamous) Maricopa Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona, are complaining loudly about having Christmas music piped into the facility 12 hours a day. But at least the Hispanics among the 8000 prisoners cannot gripe about being discriminated against.
