Bring Back WikiLeaks! (Sign Petition)

We,
the undersigned, the people of the United States and of every nation of this world, request you to restore to the Internet the organization/website: Wikileaks.org and to let it continue running as it did for the past four years.

We are alarmed by the documentation, videos that have leaked showing injustice, corruption and deception. Although we can't possibly know the full nature/extent of these documents, what we have read, seen and what has been reported, is more than enough to justify our concern. That is more than enough for us to request you to take an immediate action, an impartial investigation to address this injustice and hold the people that perpetrated it accountable!

America is the land of the FREE and the home of the BRAVE, and we want to keep it that way.
We stand up against injustice, for human rights and freedom.
This is our opinion in regard of Wikileaks.org.
This organization represents true journalism, and it is supported by the first Amendment of freedom of press.

Nobody denies that some level of secrecy is necessary for the national security and the safety of its people;
If this secrecy is used by some as an excuse to hide the wrongdoing, to hide UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTIONS, if this information exposes corruption, destroys the very principles of justice, human rights, for freedom and patriotism which WE STAND FOR, by all means, it needs to be made public and to be addressed.

This kind of unlawful secrecy only brings danger to the public peace and to the security of our state.

In conclusion:
Truth that serves justice has no flags, no boundaries except for justice itself, and if this truth is kept in the dark, has no noble purpose from which the pursuit of happiness and of peace will never be born.

Thank you very much.

    • Fuck Wikileaks. Assange is probably going to get killed soon, he's made a lot of enemies, and not just the US. Those other guys are way harsher on people that they don't like than we are. Adios, motherfucker.

    • well, i have spoken out against abuse of power in Camillus, NY, i have questioned 'authorities' sworn to protect us and ended up in jail. [charges dropped], small town cops make their own rules.

i have spoken out on the dangers of Honeywell International shirking their duties, yet still collecting 'superfund money' given them to clean up their 5+decades of industrial pollution into the 'world's most polluted body of water', Onondaga Lake.

i have spoken out against the unsafe practice of hydrofracking. because of that i am likely on a 'terrorist watch list'. Energy giants have convinced, [paid for], our 'representatives' that unsae natural gas extraction in the north east that their endeavors for national security.

still believing in the ideals of life, LIBERTY and the pursuit of happiness i felt it my duty to try to inform our 'representatives' of potential dangers to our commonwealth in NYS.

now the country i would give my life to defend, accuses us who speak out of being terrorists? I will sign the wikileaks petition and most likely have to write my next post from prison......

WHISTLEBLOWERS should be protected, not PROSECUTED!

any lawyers out there willing to sue my government for not doing it's job according to the US CONSTITUTION?

we the people need to stand together and through passive resistance and active communication, need to let our governors know that there are more of us than there are of the ruling class!

thank you treewolf, and y'all that helped out! petition [w/ personal plea] signed, sealed and delivered!

sure hope more people sign it....i was kind of hoping to not worry about some 'special unit' coming to my door until after the new year!

it has been said before, but needs to be repeated; I may not agree with a person but i am willing to stand beside them to defend our right to FREE SPEECH!

especially our right to speak out against our 'rulers', and call them to task for their actions!

Government's sole purpose was succintly described in our Declaration of Independence and when it fails, [or IMHO], as apparent failure and corruption of our government increases exponentially, it is THE RIGHT AND DUTY OF THE PEOPLE TO EFFECT CHANGES TO THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE BENEFIT, SAFETY AND CONTINUANCE OF THIS GREAT CIVILization.

reality however is that 'we the people' have become too comfortable and as far as the workings of our government are concerned have become the cliche; fat, lazy, dumb, Americans.

on that note i still wish for peace on earth and good will amongst men!

    • W"e stand up against injustice, human rights and freedom."

Did a 4th grader write this? Don't get me wrong, there needs to be a pettition to stand up for wikileaks, but it shouldn't say that we stand up against human right and freedom.

"We are alarmed by the documentation, videos that have leaked showing injustice, corruption and deception."

Can anybody else spot 5 grammatical errors in this?

We stand up against injustice (towards) human rights and freedom. A possible fix?

    • Not everyone agrees with the conduct of wikileaks or its founder or the punitive nature of anyone who attacks someone for not supporting wikileaks.

      http://people.ke

There will always be disagreement and multiple different opinions on this subject or any other.
It's up to the people to decide.
If any crime has been committed by Wikileaks, it surely needs to be substantiated, and made transparent because the world is watching.

Also, why would there be so much focus on who leaked these documents and none on investigating the injustice that arises from them?
      That baffles me.

This petition expresses an opinion and asks for an impartial investigation and accountability.
