On the other hand, a comprehensive, peer-reviewed and published study by psychologists at STANFORD UNIVERSITY has proven to the satisfaction of professional psychologists that REPUBLICANS have more night terrors and nightmares than do normal people.

That's not exactly a surprise in these Recession-like time. But more disconcerting to home builders is the data that forecasts fewer Americans will own homes in the near future.

In 2004, 69 percent of all households in the United States owned their own homes. In 2010, the rate slipped to 66.9 percent, the same as the April-June quarter.

I'll bet you a majority of those 66% don't own their home either. of course we could debate the semantics of it, but if their is a deed note against their home, they do not own it. They are making payments on it, and they MAY own it 35 years from now.

It's basically my true opinion that you never own your land or your home you are only leasing it from the county. You fail to pay your lease (tax) payment to them and then people see who really owns their land and homes.

Secondly, I suggest that you consult the Bureau of Labor Stats which, last time I checked had not yet tabulated Bush Jr but was current through Clinton. Guess what --EVERY DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENT since Ronald Reagan has presided over GREATER JOB and GDP growth than ANY GOP President since WWII. A clue and example: JIMMY CARTER ---irrationally reviled by the CROOKED GOP leadership --handily beats ANY GOP since WWII in both job creation and GDP growth. Additional confirmation of that may be found at the U.S. COMMERCE DEPT-B.E.A. and the U.S. Census Bureau. Knock yourself out!

I have to give the GOP poobahs credit! They have done an INCREDIBLE JOB of brainwashing the GOP rank and file!
