20 police surround, slam, arrest unarmed man

Radical_Centrist
Twenty police officers surged into a mobile home neighborhood in Lincoln, Neb., and slammed an unarmed man to the ground because a neighbor reported he was shooting a crossbow, and the resulting melee left two officers hurt, the man's wife and 4-year-old tossed out of their home and the Internet forum pages aglow with the flames of argument over weapons rights.

"Why the need for 20 cops? What's with America and overcompensation through excessive force?" wrote one participant at Fark.

Countered another writer, "I grew up in a place where this sort of activity (using weapons in technically illegal areas) is fairly normal, and I think once the cops are called it's because you've crossed the line from neighbor to weirdo/potentially dangerous person. There are so many ways out before police violence starts I have little mercy for this person."

Find out how the court system originally worked in the U.S., in "Original Intent: The Courts, the Constitution, & Religion."

The situation developed just days before Christmas, and it started collecting attention because of a video of the encounter between the man's wife and officers who had been summoned by the neighbor.

As the case now stands, the suspect, Gary Grana, 32, is being held behind bars on suspicion of assault on an officer, unlawful discharge of a weapon and refusing to comply with officers' orders.

    • Common Law has not gone away it is with the People, State prosecution-ers prosecute State issues. All State issues are United Sate of America jurisdiction.
United States of America entities only has Jurisdiction on Land it owns. (purchased or ceded)

Common Law remedy is for the inhabitants.
Justice is not found in State Courts only equity.
Equity rule is a bad place to be.
      Equity is written law.
Common Law is the hearts of 12 men in your local.

      To: Gary Grana and Family:

      Seen your incident on worldnetdaily.com

      No felony activity, therefore,

Gary Grana, 32, (Lincoln, Nebraska) had no obligation to give the agent of the United States of America an I.D. or even Name.

A City is an entity of the United States of America, therefore a City Code is a law of the United States of America. So was the Land owned by the United States of America? If the subject Land was not owned by the United States of America the City Law has no force and effect on the said Land. The issue had to be resolved by the/a damaged party in common law.

Possibly if the Land is owned by a corporation that would create a legal nexus of ownership to the United States of America due to the fact all corporations are United State of America creations therefore the creator has right to govern its creation.

Do not agree with being “in the City”!
Do not agree with being “in the County”!
Do not agree with being “in the State of Nebraska”!
Do not agree with being “in the United States, or the United States of America”!
Do not agree to anything, keep the burden of proof on the accuser.

Acknowledge that your are a “Free Inhabitant” as referenced in Article IV of the Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777.

A free inhabitant can only be subject to like free inhabitants as to common law unless the act took place on Land owned or ceded to United State of
      America.

If you have questions email me at timtinly@mail.com and possibly we can talk, the Lincoln police are a branch of the military and have jurisdiction only on Land owned by the United Sates of America.
