Meteorologist, astrophysicist accurately predicted coldest winter in UK and Europe (again)

maasanova
Turns out there’s an meteorologist in the UK who predicted last year’s cold winter weather, last summer’s cooler than normal weather, and, this year’s record breaking cold and snow in the UK, predictions the government run Met Office failed to make.

Piers Corbyn, a meteorologist who works in an undistinguished office in Borough High Street. He has no telescope or supercomputer. Armed only with a laptop, huge quantities of publicly available data and a first-class degree in astrophysics, he gets it right again and again.

The now etched into the laugh out loud global warming, climate change historical article reference pieces, an article published in the UK’s Independent written by Charles Onians, entitled "Snowfalls are Now Just A Thing of the Past."
