Murder of John P. Wheeler Connected to Mass Bird Deaths?

In reality, chemtrails are the consequence of the agenda to geoengineer the earth in the name of combating climate change, a science vehemently backed by people like John P. Holdren, who in his 1977 book Ecoscience advocated poisoning the water supply to involuntarily sterilize humans as part of a “planetary regime” that would control every aspect of our existence. The fact that such eugenicists are now in control of geoengineering programs that will have a direct impact on our health is alarming.

Geoengineering programs have also been promoted by the Council on Foreign Relations, which is one of the main steering committees behind the implementation of global governance.

A recent report issued by the UK government also calls for the UN to exclusively regulate world wide geoengineering of the planet in order to stave off man made global warming.

Discussion of geoengineering technology is often framed as a future consideration, yet governments are already conducting such programs at an advanced stage.

The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program was created in 1989 with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is sponsored by the DOE’s Office of Science and managed by the Office of Biological and Environmental Research.

One of ARM’s programs, entitled Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign (ISDAC), is aimed at measuring “cloud simulations” and “aerosol retrievals”.

Another program under the Department of Energy’s Atmospheric Science Program is directed towards, “developing comprehensive understanding of the atmospheric processes that control the transport, transformation, and fate of energy related trace chemicals and particulate matter.”

The DOE website states that, “The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate and climate change.”

U.S. government scientists are already bombarding the skies with the acid-rain causing pollutant sulphur dioxide in an attempt to fight global warming by “geo-engineering” the planet, despite the fact that injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere carries with it a host of both known and unknown dangers.

The proposal to disperse sulphur dioxide in an attempt to reflect sunlight was discussed in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled, Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming, in which Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California, promoted the idea of injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.

“One approach is to insert “scatterers” into the stratosphere,” states the article. “Caldeira cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide. Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight.”

Experiments similar to Caldeira’s proposal are already being carried out by U.S. government -backed scientists, such as those at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C, who last year began conducting studies which involved shooting huge amounts of particulate matter, in this case “porous-walled glass microspheres,” into the stratosphere.

The project is closely tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who “proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.”

“The phenomenon occurs when aircraft fly above 25,000ft, where the air temperature is around minus 30C. This causes water vapour emitted by the engines to crystallise and form the familiar white streaks across the sky, known as contrails,” writes Oliver Tree for the Daily Mail.

“Reading University’s Professor Keith Shine, an expert in clouds, said that those formed by aircraft fumes could linger ‘for hours’, depriving those areas under busy flight paths, such as London and the Home Counties, of summer sunshine.”

“Experts have warned that, as a result, the amount of sunlight hitting the ground could be reduced by as much as ten per cent. Professor Shine added: “Over the busiest areas in London and the South of England, this high-level cloud could cover the sky, turning bright sunshine into hazy conditions for the entire area. I expect the effects will get worse as the volume of air traffic increases.”

In April of 1997 United States Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen said: "Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves." He made this statement at a conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction and U.S. Strategy in his official capacity as the US Secretary of Defense; thus this can be taken as an official position of the United States. Further he used the word "are," not "could," "might" or "maybe sometime in the future." He further added: "It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts." If the United States Secretary of Defense says that the earth and the sky have been turned into weapons, and are being used as such in present time, I believe we should take this statement very seriously.

In the U.S. media they're actually saying: 1.That there's no connection at all between the dead fish and the dead birds. and 2.That it was fireworks that made the birds fly into buildings! The people who are at the front lines of putting out these asinine statements clearly think that the public is completely without intelligence and willing to swallow any absurd "explanation" if it's repeated incessantly for a time and attached to the lips of some so-called "experts". Hmmmm...could they be right about that?

I've been saying, since I heard the first thing about the redwinged blackbirds and fish in Arkansas, that there are now toxic clouds not too far up that are gathering from all the burning and evaporation they encouraged to happen in the spill and getting more dense. I figured that just like their chemicals cause congealing of the oil in the water its also combined in the air for a gaseous congealing of sorts so now theres the same kinds of toxic clouds in the air that there were/are in the water. Then when it rains through those gas clouds it precipitates out and poisons the inland fresh water and some species are more immediately killed off than others. I've heard also that this is not just happening in the U.S.

Of course this will be denied and possibly several such mindbendingly stupid explanations as "blunt trauma" and fireworks displays will be spat out by various "experts" until the corrupt, junk science establishment can come to a consensus about what idiotic party line they feel comfortable getting behind as their official pronouncement in an effort to provide culpable deniability for their corporate masters.

Another option may be Seismo-electromagnetic phenomena. Seismic activity causes stresses which can deliver very localized EM bursts.

I post this as a seperate note as this is more conjecture than factual given the studies to date.

The possibility of EM disturbance causing bird and fish deaths could be a cause if a Pole Shift is approaching. Granted this could take decades or centuries, but it has happened in the past many times. Magnetic Poles have changed location on Earh for as long as we can tell. For us to deny this may be happening would simply be denial. The human race has not lived through a major event such as this yet. But these events do happen and will happen again.

If we survive ourselves, we will definately experience a large event such as a Pole Shift, Super Volcano, Asteriod, Solar Flare or other global catastrophy.

Maybe thats what the 2012 bruha is all about. Maybe the Mayans have figured out the EM cycles. Now is about the time for another according to core samples.

Lets assume neither of the options provided are true. I have not seen anyone comment on Electro Magnatisim. Both Birds AND Fish are suseptable to changes in the EM field. Birds navigate by it! Thats a HUGE clue IMHO.

There were 2 instances of bird and fish deaths in the US. But there was also a large number of birds found dead in Sweeden on Tuesday. Hardly likely for US government conspiracy.

The Earth may have burped EM pulses and confused the critters. The experts say BLUNT TRAMA, but sure ... anything would have blunt trama if it hits the groud from altitude. If they hit buildings there should be tons of impact points, we have had birds run into a picture window at our home. They leave an imprint as their feathers contain oils.

I call shenanigans on the pros! Lets be more scientific on this and study reasons birds and fish may navigate themselvs into the ground. This happened back in the 70s here in the US from my recollection as well.

chemtrails or HAARP could be partly to blame. All animals operate on different frequencies. This would explain the limit to even one part of a species, like Drum fish and Blackbirds. The HAARP frequency may have only affected those particular fish and birds. Just a possibility.

What is it...Occam's razor? Yeah, I think we should employ that....

Assuming that the birds were killed as a result of poison or pollution, then there can be reasonably assumed that among predators and carrion eaters, that the toxin would result in the deaths of those species consuming the dead birds...that hasn't happened. Granted, more information will be available with further testing, but from the observation of the other species, I fail to see how one can jump to the conclusion that phosgene gas is the cause.

Furthermore, assuming that the fish kill is related is a gross assumption as well. Fish kills can be caused by a wide variety of factors. Pollution in the form of chemicals or temperature, changes in pH or Oxygen levels, algae blooms, disease, etc...a lot of different factors must be isolated prior to making an assumption as to the cause.

Per government usage of Phosgene gas, maybe someone can correct me, but the only usage of it for military purposes I can think of was the Japanese Army in China. My only limited experience with the gas in the military was due to the usage of R-114 refrigerant on Subs. (If there is a refrigerant leak on a Sub, its a bit of a problem as a cigarette is hot enough to cause R-114 to convert to Phosgene gas...I guess that is why the smoke pad on a sub was always at the lowest point on the sub...making the Smokers sort of the Canaries).

As for the man that was unfortunately murdered, there may be more mundane reasons for his death. Could be in the wrong place at the wrong time, or maybe it had something to do with his ongoing legal battle in regards to the opposition he was leading against the construction project in his community. Organized crime does has a history in the construction business in New Jersey.

I just fail to see what it serves to jump to extreme conclusions about these events and attempting to link them. We may as well blame the Irish or Obama or something just as silly.

To the direct reason for Wheeler’s murder, this report says, was this past week’s transport of Iraqi Phosgene poisonous gas aboard a US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft from Little Rock Air Force Base enroute to Afghanistan that shortly after takeoff had a ‘critical malfunction’ of its aerial spraying computer directed command and control system over central Arkansas causing the deaths of thousands of red-wing blackbirds.

According to US reports an estimated 5,000 of these birds were killed outright and were quickly removed by US Environmental Services workers wearing hazmat suits and gas masks. Another US report states that cause of death to these thousands of birds was “trauma in the breast tissue, with blood clots in the body cavity and a lot of internal bleeding” which this GRU report states is consistent with Phosgene exposure.

Even more chilling than this incident is this GRU report stating that it was the second “accidental” release of Phosgene poisonous gas in as many days, as the day before, this same US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft also had a “critical malfunction” causing a release over the Arkansas River that killed over 100,000 fish.

Has anyone ever stopped to think that the river could be the link between the bird and fish deaths in Arkansas and the bird deaths in Louisiana? Roseville Arkansas is bordered by the Arkansas River which flows into the Mississippi River and Pointe Coupee Parish Louisiana just so happens to the border the Mississippi River..... If the plane had accidentally (or purposely) released phosgene, either as a gas or a liquid, it would have ended up in the Arkansas River... Phosgene gas is heavier than air, so it would fall down toward the earth rather than just dissipate like most gases and more likely be found in low-lying areas. The birds could have flown through the gas-cloud as it slowly fell toward the ground causing them to drop from the skies moments later. Once the gas reaches the earths surface it would contaminate anything it touches, including the river, where it would be swept downstream into the Mississippi River and continue its journey to the Gulf.... My suggestion: don't drink the water if you live along the Mississippi River....

This theory sounds like a logical speculation, but it needs a lot of bolstering up. Who will dare to dig in this dirty mess now, considering the fate of our Mr. Wheeler.

I think the ugliest part of this story is having to contemplate that we are living under a federal government that is capable of using a chemical like this on the people of Afghanistan...but then the FACT remains that there were no apparent objections to dumping white phosphorus on the civilian population of Iraq, so it is not entirely implausible.

God! I have to admit I'm a sucker for a good conspiracy theory. I guess even Russian Intelligence is buying this one.

the thing about serial killers(and I am speaking of the government here) is that they always accelerate and kill more and more people. when they blew up the levees, that wasn't enough. when they poisoned the gulf, that wasn't enough. tomorrow, you may wake up to find that the prison population (one quarter of the world's prison pop) has been euthanized for being a burden and they are looking for more of us to fill the bunks.
