Frost Bank Tower becomes Austin’s first LEED-Gold-EB O&M facility

Frost Bank Tower is the first high rise in downtown Austin to receive certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USBGC) under the EB O&M category, and is the second Austin property in Thomas Property Group’s portfolio to achieve certification following Four Points Centre’s Silver New Construction (NC) designation in June 2009.
