At a minimum it sounds like he was being drugged but I don't know what would cause such bizarre behavior. It will be interesting to see if there's any hint to why he was killed.

I agree it seems he was drugged as for his death? To speculate I was watching Fox News(yeah I know) and they revealed he was working on projects for biological warfare. My hunch is someone drugged him for whatever reason and killed him later with that motive in mind. They wanted to stop his descent into bio warfare. Are they from here? Maybe, maybe there not. I'm not suggesting "terrorists' or anything outrageous who knows maybe it was secret service or the infamous men in black. I'm sure anyone would want him dead for that is my point. Also I'm sure there is anxplanation for drugging him .Maybe they even wanted him on video drugged?!
