The video, no longer on the website, was released to The Times following a public records request and offers the extended example of Loughner's voice.
A campus police officer who saw the video "positively recognized the voice and the reflection in the window as student Jared Loughner," according to a school police report. That same officer had removed Loughner from his biology class Sept. 23 after a disruptive outburst.
The video, titled "Pima Community College School - Genocide/Scam - Free Education - Broken United States Constitution," was created shortly after the biology class incident in which Loughner was escorted to an administrator's office, campus police said. It was taped on the college campus, according to school police.

He should not have been suspended for that video. I believe school officials and their cronies, the police department, acted like thugs when they went to his house to serve a no trespass warning on him. When thugs bully the innocent, do not be surprised when they strike back with brutal and unrelenting force.
By committing his act of terror he is helping bring about political and social change which may be justified by the deaths of a few for the collective good of society although I disagree with his methods and do not condone the murder of the innocent. What's funny is that his acts are meaningless to me and have absolutely no effect on my life. This notion of national pride and collective thought because we are members of the United States is hilarious since it is just creating puppets controlled by the government who are trained to think as a group rather than as individuals. Finally, his murders created a rallying point for our president as a means to further his own arrogant political agenda which I think is great because I support the Democrats and their desire to create a socialist nation.
With Obama, one day your money will be my money especially once the poor realize the amount of power they have in a democracy, and how they can bring about a revolution at the ballot box to gain control of the military and law enforcement to crush the middle and upper-class segments of society. The revolution is coming and you will conform, concede, and relinquish all that you have or be destroyed. Time and the destructive forces of capitalism are on the side of the “Just”.
In case you haven’t realized it yet I’m mocking society and I could care less about political parties, social agendas, who kills who, or anything. It’s just another day and as long as I have food and shelter I could care less about who does what as long as it is not done to me.
