how the hell did the teacher not see this going on in the class???

one kid had to see this either in person or on tv. kids that age might look at each other or touch each other but they have no idea what oral sex is.

class sizes are too large, in our area only kindergarten gets an aide, so that won't work---no money in most school for that anyway.

yeah they obviously saw it somewhere, and dont have the supervision they need.. meh shouldnt blow it up but shouldnt ignore it either i guess just explain proper behaviour and move on

I blame class sizes. 30+ kids in one room is FAR too many.

what they were learning to multiply .....;-) The truth is its a large class of kids no help and the kid didn't get from the teacher it came from who ever is raising them .

I'm speachless...and after watching the vids below by other posters it makes sense that 2nd graders are learning more than "Reading, Writing and Arithmetic"

The teacher should be fired and the principal reprimanded for allowing this. WTF was the teacher doing when this was happening?!?!?!?!?!?!

Blame the mindless television that kids watch these days, showing more adult related cartoons with hidden message, and also certain artwork of cartoon shows

Damn the kids in stories like this just keep getting younger and younger. I remember being in 7th grade and people having sex then was almost scandalous.

As an elementary educator myself, it is very hard (although not impossible) to understand a situation in which a teacher would have lost so much control of their students; that an instance like this would occur.

...but it is crazy what does happen from time to time. If you are this bothered (you probably should be) I would suggest volunteering from time to time at your local school. It will be an eye opening experience for you.
