Bio

Daniel Ellsberg is a former US military analyst employed by the RAND Corporation who precipitated a national political controversy in 1971 when he released the Pentagon Papers, a top-secret Pentagon study of US government decision-making about the Vietnam War, to The New York Times and other newspapers.

    • If it were possible without endangering American lives that is fine,however a line should be drawn to insure that by releasing information lives of Americans ARE NOT put at risk!

      Yes! The citizens can stand up and boycott and picket and make as much noise as possible to protect the freedom of speech and information; especially about our government. The more attention the media pays the more likely the government will quietly back down and wait for another time to steal the rights away.
