kinda reminds me of the cray old man at my bus stop way back in the days..... every morning he would stand outside and watch us, anyone stepping on his lawn received an ear shot of, "GET OFF MY LAWN YOU BASTARD!"

I'm sure the hate-filled rhetoric of the Tea Baggers and Sarah Palin admirers threw this man into a rage- that one kid's "Obama- Hope" didn't help either. Now you know how ridiculous that sounds- we need to point out that nutcase Arizona shooter suffered from untreated mental illness. Yet the democrats will use any means at hand to demonize the conservatives. Yes, I know this has nothing to do with the topic- moving on......

This couldn't be the same incident. Article says person filming was the only one hit:
"The neighbor allegedly fired three shots from a .22-caliber rifle, missing the skateboarders but striking Lang. The victim had been skateboarding earlier but, at the time of the shooting, was using a video camera to film his friends, police said."
