    • I was fascinated to learn that New York has some of the best tap water in the country, and to find tout that education and preservation are the keys to making it possible. Natural watershed areas are less expensive and more effective than artificial filtration systems, and result in a water system that - if maintained - New Yorkers can be proud of.
