I have to tell you Shank, most Socialistic country's already figured out the prostitution problem 40 years ago. As a soldier I was stationed in Germany some 40 years ago and every district of over 100,000 was entitled to a district house of prostitution were as I found out was a great place for businessman and soldiers to go for safe sex. Because America has failed to let go of old Victorian beliefs and somehow certain needs are dirty, we are stuck in a revolving door of Hypocrisy. I don't care what country you want to look up on this matter but our society is so far behind because of a strong influence of religion dominating the political scene that progress on this matter has stymied any forward thinking here.

Yes, religious statism is disgusting. You see, I believe the American government is becoming more socialistic (by the definition version, centralized to government) than most other countries....
Sure, they mask things with nice little corporate logos (which corporations are not free market) but that does not mean that they are not centrally planned and regulated. Regardless, good convo. Peace.

I'm all ears. Why do you think it would not self-regulate? We can honestly admit at this point that it is impossible to stop it, am I incorrect? You can see it moving off the street corners though, into regular business operations, right?

Ah, but I believe, if consumers had the open options, they would take the extra $2 (less than that most likely) per consumer cost for safety reasons. Why do dentists buy plastic pieces for their equipment? Because they know that people will want it, in fact, they will definitely leave if they realize it is unsanitary, and the newspaper might even catch a hold of it.... Either way, better than the underground system of fear and abuse today.
Freedom might be dangerous, but it is the safest thing we have. Peace

That goes on today, you have to watch out for yourself. Still, it would be a huge improvement... there is no utopia.
