That is funny because no one overdoses on cannabis, no one gets up and feels like they want to beat someone up due to cannabis, hell... even British scientists studied the effects of cannabis on the auto driver and guess what they found - the potheads are less likely to get into an accident because they slowed down more and have become more aware of their surroundings. Propaganda against cannabis disgusts me. It is comparable to America taking your freedom with their private jail system for profit. There is no profit in a natural herb that promotes peace, health, and spirituality. There is profit however from incarceration, cotton, paper from trees, and artificial textiles - all of which the cannabis plants make obsolete.

dropout: If you did proper research you would know. hemp doesn't come from the pot plant but from the hemp plant that is devoid of THC. the reasons behind the illigalization were two seperate issues (immigration*pot* and petrolium companies*hemp*) You can be motivated like crazy dude but your not gonna get far in life without proper un-biased knowlage! Actually many people will try to argue that the original crops had THC levels too low for getting high on (like modern industrial hemp) and that it was purely a textile based crop until more recent times when people cultivated it to increase psychoactive content.

There's a lot of mis-understanding about cannabis even among those who claim to know a lot about it.
