exactly. If you smoke a bong like that, you'll only taste finger. I don't even think the slide is in it... which makes it... unsmokable (those of us who broke the slide more than a few times can attest). Its really not that shocking, baby found a bong and played with it... wooo.

Water Pipe maybe? But that still has not been proven in a court of law. Bongs are illegal in most states Water Pipes are not. I live in Texas walk into a pipe shop and ask for a bong and they will ask you to leave.

I know it's a bong, you know it's a bong, the judge, the prosecuter, the defense attorney, the suspect, everyone knows it's a bong, but without actual physical evidence, i.e. the actual bong, there is no way to prove that this is a bong and not a vase, or photoshop. That is the way it works.
