Every year beer lovers all over the country raise their pint glasses in unison to toast the world’s most popular Irish stout, Guinness. Although the act of drinking Guinness itself isn’t a unique one with an estimated ten million daily participants, it’s one particular moment every February that catches the attention of fans world wide. .

What allegedly started in a Pittsburgh Irish pub in the early 90’s, the Great Guinness Toast is an attempt each year to break the world record....
