Forgiveness sounds pretty good in literature that has been described as the highest kind of attitude. When it comes to real life, women are seen forgiving more than men that shows another emotional difference between two sexes.

    • . . . .and yepper,....men do tend to hold to a " blood money " principle ( don't hold a grudge ) psychological maxim ; their should either BE,.. SOME amount of pain, suffering, time, and toil, wealth and tears ,.... that CAN "buy off" a past infraction,....OR NOT.

      ( . . .and you should know clearly if this CAN be done. If it can,....uhm,..."forgiveness" should have NOTHING to do with it; that sucker is PAYED OFF IN FULL,....done,....under the bridge,....fineto. ) FRESH START,....record EXPUNGED. I think a "NOT repayable" verdict,....that is pronounced OUTRIGHT is preferable to a " will just see,....try" pronouncement.

    • Forgiveness is no substitute for a pistol,....a deep well,.....and some abandoned property located miles and miles and miles off the beaten path.

      Heh. +^d. Apparently it does reduce stress . ( Apathy ain't bad either though,....it just don't have as sexy a rep ! Apathy needs an image consultant. )
