Celebration of Paczki day on Fat Tuesday or Fat Thursday

In Poland Paczki are eaten especially on Fat Thursday. It was last Thursday after Lent. But many Polish Americans celebrates the Paczki Day on Fat Tuesday. It is the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. Celebration of the day was a tradition to make paczki to use sugar, eggs and fruits in the home because during the time of Lent the consumption of these things is not allowed.
Paczki is made with eggs, fats, sugar and fruits. Some amount of alcohol is also added so that less amount for oil is soaked by the dough. In inner filling is a plum of Raspberry, Apple, Bavarian Cream, Blue Berry and Custard.
