Dov Charney is founder of American Apparel. A former employee of him has bought him to court. He has been sued under the charges for forced sex, which continued to 8 continuous months. The case is filed by Irene Morales she is 20 years old. Her filed case is demanding a payment of $260 million from Charney in reply to his actions.
