Whitney Duncan is an American country music artist and was born in 1984 in Scotts Hill, Tennessee. He was a fifth place finalist on the fifth season of Nashville Star. She has released one studio album which has charted on the United States country single charts. She was songs When I Said I Would and Skinny Dippin. She also sung a Christmas single and made a guest appearance in Kenny Rogers single before appearing in Nashville Star’s fifth Season.
