A controversial hearing on the radicalization of the American Muslim community has opened today on Capitol Hill, led by New York Republican Rep. Peter King. Critics have described the hearings as a modern-day form of McCarthyism designed to stoke fear against American Muslims. King has refused calls to broaden the hearing to examine right-wing militias or any non-Muslim groups. We speak with Mark Potok, director of Intelligence Project at the Southern Poverty Law Center.     • Sorry But I agree with Rep.King on this issue! Islam declared itself our enemy generations ago! The leadership has made it clear that they intend to take over and replace our laws with their own! I would be thrilled if every last Muslim were deported or jailed as enemy combatants or supporters of terrorism! Islam is evil and it's intentions are evil and am happy to see that Rep.King gets that loud and clear!

      If they were our enemy why then did the people of Egypt
      and other Middle East countries start sending money feed the protesters in WI?
      People are people when the objective is peoples rights and freedom.

      You've been fed a bunch of lies and fell for it. Even the radicals probably
      wouldn't have such a beef with the USA if our military wasn't always
      meddling with their governments and trying to control who they sell
      their oil to.

      I had no idea Saddam was my enemy but Bush and his war mongering gang
      sure tried to convince me and millions of us that he was......
      and even though he had ZERO to do with 9-11 Bush managed to
      twist 9-11 into a war and the "regime change" he wanted and sadly
      tens of thousands of innocents...ours and theirs lost their lives in the process.
      It is any wonder that some of them are angry with us?

      so who is the official representative of islam these days? who is thier mouthpiece?

      islam has no leadership.the only religion that does is the catholics.
