    • While this article caveats that the Montreal Protocol will slow the ozone depletion during the second half of this century, that is a speculation entirely dependent upon the influence of polluting corporate forces, having their sway with government as usual, or not. Experience has shown, that no matter what laws are effected, corporate forces inevitably pay to suppress the enforcement of those laws.
