    • Anthony Weiner responding to Michelle Bachmann; "Fact from friction? Ms. Bachmann, I dont think you want to go there!"

I'm not gay, but I love Weiner! hahaha.... He manages himself so well and delivers the facts whenever the Fox propagandists are silly enough to invite him on.

Actually, they have Moderate pundits on, but the Faux people are so extreme that they make Moderate look Left.
Beckel, Williams both Center, Well, Williams, Center Right actually. Mara Liasson Republican, she told Ailes so.

"I saw a news clip of this conversation."

Produced by Roger Ailes, no doubt.

Want to see actual LEFT, watch Democracy Now.

That's the closest the LEFT has to Faux. Except Facts are expected on DN as opposed to what they do on Faux.

    • Im so glad that Minnesota's 6th district(Michele Bachmann's) where I live is being redistricted this year and maybe we can lose that crazy winch. She is such an embarrassment!

    • I have a hard time picking out who is the stupidest lemming on Faux, but I gotta say Sean Hannity ranks right at the top. When he isn't soiling himself with the glee of having Palin or Bachmann sitting next to him he is wanking under the desk at his own self-perceived brilliance. The man really is a 'tard of the highest order. He doesn't speak anything remotely resembling the truth and if he calls that debaucle a fair and balanced debate, well then he needs to get his scales checked. Me thinks that he might have some hollow weighters tilting it to the insanely corrupt right. Weiner, you are either brave or crazy to give that man any of your time and therefore assisting with his ratings. Shun it into non existence for my part.

    • I believe i heard that this woman has grown children and was a foster parent for 21 other children I shudder at the thought of what she taught these kids as they grew up i would hope some one who knew her then could vouch to the fact that she maybe was a sensible morally and caring mother and foster mother and she only became a looney tune after she hooked up with the republican party and tea baggers. as for hannity he must have been in a college that taught first year dumb 1 and second year dumb 2 and third year stupid and fourth year a refresher course on the first three. I don,t believe you are born stupid or become stupid you have to under go some really harsh teaching and studying to become this totally brain washed

I give Rep. Weiner huge kudos for having the guts to do battle with these absolute liars and frauds.
I can't make up my mind if a complete boycott would be good or bad.
I'm thinking that every once in a while someone sane needs to appear on Fox Republican Propaganda and Fear Channel.

Fox has more left wing pundits on their shows than all the left wing shows combined. Have you ever looked at their list of pundits from the left? I saw a news clip of this conversation.

Weiner never answered the question. He never does. Fox should find someone better. But, Weiner and Hannity are both from New York. Weiner has been a long time NY politician. Hannity has been on the radio in NY just as long. I wouldn't be surprised if they talk on the phone and agree to "get it on" on tv.

It's about ratings. It's why I don't usually watch these shows from either political side except news clips. I do like catching James Carville when he's on. He's funny.

I thought that you said you don't watch any of those shows, so how would you know who has more of what? Watching it on the internet, by the way, is still watching it. I listen to/watch Fox news for nearly 8 hours at a stretch and there is nothing, NOTHING, that resembles anything fair and balanced on that station. NOTHING. I have to read, listen to and watch real news to get the massive slant out of my head after watching that drivel.

I don't sit down and watch the shows on television. I won't waste my time wondering what will be on and waiting for what's next. Clippings are usually available on the internet on the various right and left websites I visit. Then i can decide what to watch. I'll always watch a Weiner clip. He's amusing in an annoying mosquito kind of way. I love watching Carville. While I don't agree with him, he's witty and funny.

Okay. I was just wondering. I don't watch (listen to) Fox by choice, but it gives me the ability to speak on what they are saying with some semblance of authority. I figure it is my penance for something awful I must have done and have forgotten. Take care.

    • Hannity can kiss my butt! He thinks he controls the debate. The question out of him is not whether or not we should cut spending but how much. We don’t have to cut squat if we go after the rich and take what is ours. We have been handing it over through tax breaks, diminished wages, lost domestic employment and lost benefits. The rich have been raking it in through the exploitation of cheaper labor, both here and abroad. They hire cash workers in local “contracting-out” outfits here and they take advantage of the lowest bidder in foreign factories in various locations abroad. They make it coming and going while millions of us are forced to sit on the sidelines and watch the factories be razed to the ground. This bull crap about budgets is just a diversionary tactic to take the attention away from what they are stealing from us every day. The final straw is their attempt at wiping unionism from the face of the earth. We can’t let this happen and we all have to face up to the Hannitys of the world like Anthony Wiener did on this clip. He stood with the union workers in the Feb.26 rally in NYC for Wisconsin. He is all right with me. I wish I had a guy like him representing Staten Island instead of the idiot we have, Michael Grimm. http://sibob.org/wordpress/

    • I don't know why Weiner does this to himself? I like him and I know he is a tough guy and can handle every idiot in a debate, but it is not a debate when you go on "FAUX whatever". This douchebag Hannity is not interested in a different opinion, he only wants to show to his brain-dead conservative audience, look her is the enemy and look how he behaves. Oh and the best part is Bachman, the teabagger darling. This woman wouldn't know a fact when it bit her in the ass. Common Weiner you are better than that. Save your skills for someone, who might actually listen and argue with you in a civilized way.

    • Weiner, of all people, should know you never argue with fools. Did he really think he was going to get a chance to have an intelligent debate with Bobblehead "There are TWO CONCORDS?" Bachmann and Sean "My Diaper is Full Again" Hannity?! He should have done what Bill Clinton did to Chris Wallace, just stop the interview and call it a botched "assassination job".

    • The real question everyone should be asking is, why is only 12% of the budget under discussion? Even if you eliminate the entire 12%, you're still a long way from balancing the budget.

    • This was just amazing. Allowing Michelle Bachman to blather on uninterrupted with bullshit but not even letting Weiner finish a sentence is just a glaring example that is not even debatable about how unfair and unbalanced Fox is. Bachman accusing Weiner of being a "reader of fiction" while staring Stepford Wives style into the camera and spewing nonsense would be hysterical if the terrifying fact that there are people that think Hannity and Bachman actually know what they are talking about did not exist.

" ... bullshit but not even letting Weiner finish a sentence "

Weiner was asked a question. He ignored the question and went straight to his talking points. Hannity kept interrupting to asking he was going to answer the question. Weiner didn't want to answer because he knew his answer was absurd. With the decifit in the trillions Weiner has 400 million in cuts in mind. It's less than .01% of the budget.

    • Warren_Merrill:

yes he went to talking points-- which ARE his answer. he was getting to raising taxes, maybe cutting everything isn't the solution.

he wasn't given a chance to speak out his thought.

you say you don't watch these shows, so i'll give you a primer, when fox is trying to beat someone they get real literal, hannity would keep interrupting until he hears what Weiner would cut-- and literally, that's all he wants to hear. not any reasons, not facts, he just wants Weiner to say: "military" or "tax cuts" so that Hannity can jump in with his talking points like how he said rich people pay 75% of the taxes, or he'd defend wars and our need to protect our freedoms.

i know you don't like the liberal slant on this site (which still makes me confused that you love to comment on topics you hate so much) but you don't have to be a liberal to see that Fox is shady and ridiculous and plays stupid. no answering or talking points would have satisfied Hannity, you MUST know that-- so stop trying to dissect this like it was a segment of mature adults having a real conversation and that Weiner deserves some blame for "not answering the question"

I watched the clip. I've seen Weiner act the same way to anyone who interviews him regardless of network. I never said I don't like the liberal slant on this site. It makes for interesting conversation when people are civil. I've had some great conversations.

And as you believe I see the world through a certain bias, I can say the same thing about most people on this site. The difference is I'll call out Republicans and right wing pundits too. The only Democrat called out on this site is Obama for not being liberal enough. I also listen to pundits on the left. I'm not going to listen to someone on the right tell me what I should think about a comment someone on the left made. I can think for myself. I question how many people here ever listen to anything but far left. Even my friends who are Democrats don't listen to Hartmann, Schultz and whomever. They think they're too far left.

there's no need for you to "believe" there's a bias here-- it's clear. i've said it out right to you a few times... i said it in the post you replied to.

he's clear and concise on other networks i've seen him on, and when he's uninterrupted on the floor of the house, he has plenty of ideas, he's not just an empty talking points asshole in a suit.

i blame the lack of critique on dems with the fact that they stick to their ideology. help people. whereas with the republicans you pick your complaint- they're a rino, they're a crazy tea party, they flip flop-- the only thing republicans can blanketly cover is that they don't seem to care about helping people, which is the root of the complaints.

Weiner gives the respect that is due to anyone that is interviewing him. If you can not see that this was clearly an opportunity for Hannity to be a rude ass to Weiner while allowing Bachman to essentially say nothing and not even call her on it, you are blind.
