Huh? Q: Weren't the repugnants and teabaggers babbling a few months ago (before Nov elections) about being against "big government"? Q: Why was TARP a ok and the "Financial Marshall Law" plan not? Q: Isn't it against the U.S. Constitution for state leaders to dissolve locally elected Mayors, Village Councils, District Chairman, etc? My last questions are to Michigan's Governor: Isn't it good to be the king? Are Viceroys the rage now for Michigan's governance?
A: TARP, went directly to the banks and money houses; the FML plan is directed at none-contributors and select areas of Michiagn (mostly minority and Democratic)
A: Yes. However with the words "financial" or "crisis" and the not so "hidden agenda" of the US Chamber of Commerce; very wealthy corporations equated as an individual having Congressional member purchasing power, and promotions of "movements" legitimate or not; not so much is unconstitutional any more. - 1 year ago

"Supporters say the bill gives the state a way to step into distressed municipalities and schools before they collapse. It also gives emergency financial managers broad authority to end employee union contracts, and to nullify elected boards and councils."
Great - so, now elected boards and councils can be done away with? This is a very, very dangerous precedent if allowed to stand!

I want justice I want you overthrown
I want courage I want to stand alone
I want your arrogance and I want your pain
I want your everything and I want your head
