“If he doesn’t stand up for those millions of workers, we might as well call him a president in a corporate prison called the White House,” Nader said, likening Obama’s “playing” of labor unions to the stretching of an elastic band.
But this time, Nader said, the band may be just about ready to “snap.” Should that happen, it could kick-start a “popular revolt” in the U.S., he added.
This video is from Al Jazeera, broadcast Monday, March 21, 2011.

It's all bullshit anyway. Workers have to stand up and fight them all---fake Democrats and the treasonous Republicans.
Our elections are bullshit--and not certified as legal nor honest by any international commission--------voting with Republicans machines doing the counting and Republican election boards doing the tally reporting gets you their outcome--always close and somehow those exit poles just aren't working anymore--how strange!Since the stolen elections of 2000 this nation has been on track for revolt---if only the stupid workers would pull their heads out of their asses.

The republicans are fearful of the tea party. So amp up the dissatisfied Dems with a party that drags the Dems down....then the Republicans can win the next round. Strategy????

I'm of two minds on this, schizo you might say.
Primo) a 3rd party would "Feel Good" and address my sense of indignity at perceived sell-out
Secundo) Somebody please remind me how it was that Mad King George III become Prez in 2000.
Oh, yeah, people going 3rd party.
So, as with most things in life you have to pick the better of the Lessers.
No contest, I'll take a pig-faced sell out like Liebenstrom, over that somewhat less than human from Mass, Scott Philip Brown who is owned by the Kochs and who has moved comfortably into the Republic Syndicate/Oligarch Kamp. Especially, if we're talking about House.

A working-class popular revolt is quite possibly the last best hope for our country. Focusing said revolt, should it occur, would be the challenge.

Schnookums:
Filling the power vacuum created by such revolution would be my worry. A toppling of the current government seems the plutocrats end game and The Incorporated States Of America is what we are fighting against.

Jeepers! Do you think that they really don't know the revolt has already begun, and that it's very popular?
Unfortunately, everything being stated herein, can't be denied. Obama could be doomed. The tide is rising for a third party candidate. Corporate right has lulled Obama so far into neutral, that the people are not being "adequately" served. It's an open door for a third party contender.
