The question to ask is this, if Quadaffi is the Devil we DO Know, then what will fill the vaccum when he is ousted from power? Will the Rebels opt for a Free Democracy or will they consider becoming an Islamic Republic like Iran? This same question can be asked of Egypt as well.
France leads the way on this military intevention. If we haven't forgotten history, was it not France that sheltered the Ayatollah Khomeni when the Shah was in control of Iran?
Not that I want to agree with Sean Hannity, of all people, but he brought up the point that the Muslim Brotherhood holds a majority in Egypt. With Mubarack out of the equation that leaves the Brotherhood an open door to gain control in Egypt. Libyan Rebels also ran into Egypt for protection. Ignoring the fact that Islam is a majority mover in these nations is absolutely absurd.
So what are we doing? Are we supporting Democracy or are we opening the biggest 'can of worms' on the planet. You decide!

This is a pointed question to be sure. The answer is yet to be revealed. True, the Ayatollah Khomeni was protected by France until the Shah was deposed.
