You may have thought Isaac had it bad. Dead Space 2: Severed, a two level stand-alone expansion for Dead Space 2, thrusts you into yet another harrowing survival tale that is occurring at the same time on the Sprawl space station while Isaac's tale is happening elsewhere. You pick up the reigns of Gabriel Weller, first seen in Dead Space: Extraction for the Wii, he is now a low level security guard on the the Sprawl station and find himself trapped between a necromorph outbreak and escaping. Dead Space 2: Severed was released on March 1, 2011 and is available for the Xbox 360, PC, and PS3. Check out out the latest including a hint and one achievement for the game. More game enhancements are sure to follow. Maybe even a full-feature game is in store...

    • I'm still deep in the initial chapters of Dead Space 2 so I haven't had a chance to play severed yet. What are the forums impressions? Gabe's English accent was kind of awesome in the previews.
