Woman arrested in Panama City bikini brawl (with video)

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Florida -- A Montgomery woman was arrested after being captured on a cell phone video of a brawl in a Panama City Beach Burger King last Saturday, according to WJHG 7.

A bikini-clad Kimesia Smith jumped on the counter and threw a 5-gallon plastic charity jug at employees, which was followed by her three friends throwing napkins, trays and other items throughout the restaurant.

Smith was arrested and taken to the Bay County jail on charges of simple battery after pulling a Burger King employee's hair, the report says.

    • People like that reinforce my believe that we really ought to mandate population control. That is not meant as a racial jab, but one of disdain for anyone that has grown up to believe that is acceptable behavior. They were like over-grown children. On one part, I feel bad because the conditions they were brought up in were not something they could control yet at the same time, they are young adults now, so they have the capacity to behave more responsibly. Either way, when peak oil comes and the US cant afford oil, I would be very reluctant to allow these imbeciles into my new community. They will probably kill each other off just fighting over some bag of Doritos at a grocery store with in the first week of the collapse. Sorry to get all apocalyptic one you guys, but its just how my mind works.

      "An angry customer started a fast food, food fight with Burger King employees after she didn't get her order her way.

      Tara Lyons, 38, was arrested and charged with assault and battery and burglary after she climbed over the counter at an Oakland Park Burger King and started throwing breakfast sandwiches and condiments at employees.

      On March 2, Lyons was allegedly upset over a breakfast sandwich she spent $1.06 for in the drive thru, Broward Sheriff's Office detectives said Monday.

      Lyons told police she thought someone had spit in her sandwich.

      Video of the incident shows the "large sized" woman trying to climb over the counter to get at store manager Janet Davis, who pushed the woman onto the floor.

      That's when the food started flying from Lyons.

      It's unclear why Lyons thought someone spit in her food, but the woman suffered a laceration over her face after being pushed off the counter.

      The BK employees scrambled to the back of the store, thinking the worst was over.

      Lyons left only to come back into the store, climb over the counter and grab a cup of scolding water.

      She then chased several cooks out the back of the store.

      When BSO arrived, the store had all but cleared out, several employees had locked themselves in rooms, and the cooks had took refuge on a county bus."
