Suzy Chavez, 31-year-old local woman from Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been accused of engaging in sex with her 14-year-old male babysitter multiple times.
Chavez is charged with rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to investigators, Chavez gave the boy drugs, performed lap dances and the two had sex at least 15 times.
The boy also said Chavez’s 9-year-old son walked in on them once while they were having sex.
Investigators said the sexual relationship went on for about a month. Investigators said the boy told them they never used condoms because Chavez “did not believe in them.”
