Walmart discriminated and the Supreme Court will let them get away with it. If this COURT OF RIGHT-WING KANGAROOS can say deliberately hiding evidence that keeps a man wrongly imprisoned for 18 years is okay (no harm, no foul I believe is their underlying legal basis), then I have no problem believing they will say 2 million women are mistaken...or, at the very least, having feminine "monthly visits" at the same time.

These women already lost when they thought they'd go to the Supreme Court and receive equal justice under the law. Not happenin'.

this is true. my grandma was a manager at walmart for years... she told me before that they expect the women there to be mostly cashiers because women are just there to earn a second, more supplementary income for the household. they do not take single mothers into consideration, and men are much more likely to rise up the ranks.

Walmart is elitist to the core, a fact that probably has papa Walton spinning in his grave. They are prejudiced against everyone that isn't rich, white and republican. They only tolerate the few white male hired guns at the top because they must have someone to carry out their programs. Everything Walmart should be boycotted!. Target is less expensive now anyway, according to recent press.

Many years ago a friend worked for Walmart...she actually worked two jobs as a single (divorced) mom supporting two very bright little girls. Walmart was just a few blocks away from her place so that's one of the reasons she took a job there.

She often talked about the discrimination against their female employees and how management routinely turned a blind eye to the complaints.
