Any work you can do over the internet will put you in competition with third-world sweatshops.
In the medical transcription industry, we saw our pay decrease by 50% when they started sending it to India...and OMG, the mistakes they make. If you've been to a hospital in the past 20 years, I recommend you go to Medical Records and request to review your medical records. You will be shocked.
Here's one of the classics I found on mine after the hospital referred me to UCLA: "The patient was referred to You See L.A."
