This made me sick just to view the video, could you hear the little girl telling her mother that she didn't want to be touched. even the little girl knew that it wasn't right. I would just give up flying if this was my little girl. She is being victimized by another women, We tell children not to let anyone touch them. The little girl was being touched all over her little body, this was uncalled for, it went on to long. I don't give a da** if it was a women doing the touching. How do we explain this to a child. They should take all the necessary steps to rectify this situation and try to maintain a fine reputation, I would never fly again.

Sadly, those that smuggle art, drugs, and other items into the country on planes, use children to do so :-(

They are known as "mules" when used in this manner:

and on and on. I watched a sting operation that made reference to this activity, a month or so ago.

thank you for the links but
two of the links are the same story
three of the links happened in Europe
one of the stories happened in usa but it was from kids crossing the border with drugsthere's noting in the world that's going to make me think that frisking 6 year old kids is going to make this world safer it's a slippery slope were going down with these policies. it's the airports today but maybe it will be the train or bus stations, sporting events, shopping malls in the future

2 things, #1: I saw a special report on it already a few months back, and
#2: under my initial post, I placed the post that said I didn't agree with "what" was done, but could understand it, since it is a very big, and not very publicized problem.I posted the first couple of links from over 20 pages, without reviewing them closely as I was in a hurry.

i find it hard to believe that this is a not very publicized problem in a world where everything is scrutinized in the news to fan the flames of fear. there might be a couple cases where kids were used as drug mules but there are less invasive ways to find drugs than patting down a little kid down. i just feel like this is a way to condition the public that this is acceptable.

no i mean i think it doesn't happen as much as you think it does. i'm plugged in to the news i go to 20 to 30 different news sites everyday and i'm not trying to be cocky but if this was an issue i think i would have heard about it

And what I am saying is that a LOT of underground stuff goes unreported by the news, just because they don't know about it....how often do you hear of all the "people trafficiing" that goes on, especially with youngsters? I think it is more prevalent than what we think, but that STILL doesn't give anyone the rights that were "taken" in that story. I think we can agree on that last part at least. :-)
