The President yesterday publicly rebuked Reaganomics throwing out the idea that the government is the problem and rejecting the notion that the American way of life has to be fundamentally changed because of a budget crisis created BY the Republicans. No President in 30 years has laid out a more thoughtful criticism of the direction that Reagan took our nation. I hope that yesterday marked the beginning of the death of Reaganomics in America, the end of welfare for the wealthy and a return to the core values that made this country great.
Thom Hartmann gives his take on Obama's budget speech in the first ten minutes of the video.
End the Plutocracy!

Good for the President. It's about time that he spoke up and quit placating the republicans who never supported him and never will.

It's about time some one spoke out against that " B" actor who played the part of president. Actually just about everything he did hurt the average working person. In fact he should have spent the rest of his term, in prison for Iran contra

How could you not hear of him? He's the top liberal radio host at #11.
These are the top of the heap:
Thom Hartmann
Ed Schultz
Stephanie Miller
Randi Rhodes
Bill Press

Rush Limpdick 15m listeners on 400 stations
Thom Hartmann 3m listeners on 50 stations
Until the "free market" is allowed to flourish through diversity in ownership in the radio industry there can be no fair comparison of progressive radio hosts and their regressive counterparts.
Hartmann is actually ranked #8 according to Talkers Magazine.

I think TH is the best thing since sourdough bread. If I didn't think he could out-run me, I would whisk him away to a tropical isle where we could sit under a tree and he could just tell me everything he knows, for hours and hours and hours.
