Testimony under oath. The truth and nothing but the truth, so help him God!This testimony is important! We have future elections! Have they 'earned' our trust?
Far too many things are judged in the court of public opinion, then we just move along. Can we move along, when we hear the truth and nothing but the truth, stating our voting machines can be hacked?
Has this been covered by our media? I hadn't heard this damning testimony. Facts matter. The 'truth' matters more. If our voting machines are hackable, it should be addressed today. After the next election 'is' too late.
How can one move along to something so wrong?

This is how the shrub won Ohio... and another lame ass democrat gave up too early "for the good of the country."

I'm not convinced John Kerry didn't give up early on purpose. His heart wasn't really in it. I don't know if it was the Swiftboaters, or what, but he didn't seem to care that he lost.
The Independent candidates filed a lawsuit. A judge ruled the evidence (ballots and all related evidence had to be preserved) until after the litigation was completed.
Ken Blackwell was George W.'s campaign manager in the area of dispute. The evidence was destroyed. No one was held accountable. Shame on them all.

Looks like it took place after the 2004 Presidential elections when the Ohio results - that put Bush over the top - were questioned as deviating significantly from exit polls. You might like this clip:

There have been shakedown cruises for these Diebold (and other) machines since the Diebold CEO said he'd do anything to get Bush elected. The Alvin Greene primary win in the 2010 US Senate primary, for example.

Words can not described how sick I am about this. I have registered over 10,000 people to vote since 07. Our votes do not count. We do not live in a Democracy. We live in a Corporatist state. Please vote to Amend Corporate Personhood.

If the programmer's testimony is true this is a very big deal and should be investigated by the Justice Department immediately. The horrifying aspect of this is if this practice should become widespread and undetectable. Going back to the paper ballot would be the only sure way to secure our elections. How scary.

Are you talking to me? What are you talking about when you say, 'instead of complaining, why don't you do something to better your life'? I don't complain about my life. Trying to throw stones, isn't helpful. It's desperate.
So what? Apparently, your guy won in '04. I'll bet you cared about ACORN. How convenient. Some punk makes a fake video and the media spins it into something worthy of destroying the entire organization. ACORN lost their funding.
What consequences came from this video?
One would think President Obama would care about this testiminy. In 2008 he won by a landslide, too large to steal. I fear it will be much closer in 1012. I know it will be spun as much closer. The same ones who moved us along to this testimony, will spin for the person who runs against President Obama.
If an investigation were to happen, I'm confident it would track back to the Republicans as the ones who enabled the vote tampering. So what? They should be held accountable, prosecuted and shamed. They should not be able to walk away. Tampering with an 'American' election 'IS' a crime.

Yes, we need more people with your selfish attitude. Let's be concerned only with our life and be unconcerned about the well being of our country or town and our neighbor. You sound like a real jewel.

Actually, it's criminal. It all depends on how far our Justice Department is willing to go. IMHO we should pursue this to the full extent of the law. People 'should' be afraid to tamper with an 'American' election.
What's to fear if there are no consequences? This should have consequences! People should be exposed, prosecuted and shamed. Business as usual, is no longer acceptable!
