YOUR MONEY & THE DRUG WAR ! ( counting the dollars clock )

Drug War Clock
Get Your Own

It's well worth checking out the perpetually clicking counter of how much money you loose each moment, to the corrupt and money thieving War on Drugs. These outrageous figures only calculate the reported expenses. There are billions spent on non published covert actions, which are not truly designed to stop drug trafficking, but are utilized to line the pockets of the inside players.

Why didn't we hear anything about reducing the War on Drug budget during all of the budget debates? Because it is BIG BUSINESS, with BIG KICKBACKS for congressmen!

Money Spent on the War On Drugs this Year:

"The U.S. federal government spent over $15 billion dollars in 2010 on the War on Drugs, at a rate of about $500 per second."

"State and local governments spent at least another 25 billion dollars."

    • It's a waste of time I fear, look at what happened in Cali...the dispensaries even voted it down.Greed and profit will always reign where weed is concerned. Covertly grow your own.

yeah but it was voted down in cali for a different reason, prop 19 would have put a high tax on growing your own, taking it out of individual and small buisiness hands and making it corporate. Woulda been pretty cool still but they cant easily control and tax it if everybody's growin their own and they don't want that.

In Amsterdam the Seed Bank has been in operation since before 1988.
I got my copy of their catalog through the OMI. Though obviously I would
not use the Mails or UPS to import what is considered contraband here into
the USA...It is a handy reference guide to order from when I become a
resident foreign alien seeking dual nationality there. You can legaly grow
3 plants for liberal medicinal purposes there. With a good knowledge of
Alaskan style phot0periodism, an aptness for pruning, and an inhaler,
      you can go far.

    • Look at the billions we could save, not to mention crippling gangs ect. Even if we just legalized pot we would save billions a day on enforcement and make billions more in taxes, jobs ect. Not to mention increased sales for companies that make munchies! Plus you legalize the mary jane and suddenly most gangs just wont have the financing for the hard drugs, prices will spike and people will start to pick up cheaper past times, like that perfectly legal pot I can buy just down the road that pays for education, roads, medical care, really whatever we want to use all that money for, although it would probably be best if we used it to pay off some debt before we get all exited about what we can do with it.
