Birther Queen: Obama's Long-Form Birth Certificate Should Say 'Negro' Not 'African'

Image
TimALoftis
In a development that will surprise no one, it turns out that President Barack Obama's decision to release his long-form birth certificate hasn't quieted members of the "birther" movement who promote the conspiracy theory that he wasn't born in the United States.

"Look, I applaud this release. I think it's a step in the right direction," so-called "birther queen" Orly Taitz told me in one of her many media interviews this morning. "I credit Donald Trump in pushing this issue."

But she still has her suspicions. Specifically, Taitz thinks that the birth certificate should peg Obama's race as "Negro" and not "African."

    • This reminds me of a study I read a while back.

People who believe things for heavily irrational and emotional reasons are not dissuaded by logical evidence. Rational refutations, in fact, often only embolden the idiotic beliefs.

This trait is present in something like 30% of self-identified liberals, and about 65% of self-identified conservatives.

Nothing they do will ever be good enough. Some people are just going to believe what they are going to believe and there's nothing you can do about it.

In practical man's speak, this is known as "you can't fix stupid."

Apparently surgery couldn't fix the ugly of this woman either.

I personally don't get a push on such a controversial issue. The risk of reputable damage to one's own image is so substantial as a result of pushing something this irrational. It surprises me that half these people are able to find jobs after divulging their support for such idiocy.

Orly Taitz just got thrown off of Lawrence O'donnell's show. He was mad as hell and it was great to see that jerk get the boot.

I just saw that. Lawrence was so mad, as she wanted to talk about another issue. She is a nut and it did my heart good to see him cut her off the air.

    • OBAMA DRONES STRIKE FIRST LIBYAN CIVILIAN TARGETS -- While Political World Obsesses on Birther Story

      http://current.com/news/93182722_obama-drones-strike-first-libyan-civilian-targe...

      -------------------------

      Oh, good.

Here I was afraid the Obama birth-certificate drama watching Obama and opposing the evil he is doing, including this LIBYAN CIVILIAN MASSACRE BY U.S. DRONES THAT IS GOING ON RIGHT NOW.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, SNAP OUT OF IT, PEOPLE!

Obama's Big Reveal of his birth certificate--the equivalent of a Circus side-show Hoochie dancer's blow-off finale, where she rips off her tear-away panties in the final Big Reveal--has done its job. It has distracted us from:

OBAMA'S AUTHORIZED SLAUGHTER OF LIBYAN CIVILIANS BY DRONE ATTACKS ON HOME COMPOUNDS.

The stripper's Big-Finale Blow-Off Reveal is just like the Obama Big-Finale Birth Certificate Blow-Off Reveal we were treated to by Obama today. It's his Final Orgasmic Act of the agonizingly-years-long birth-certificate tease. Obama, with a snap of his wrist, revealed all...and the slobbering masses fell for it.

And it has done its job...It has kept political junkies focused on the crack-cocaine of political issues: a freaking BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

Was it as good for you as it was for the military-industrial complex?

Was it as good for you as it was for Robert Gates, Sec. of Defense, ex-VP and presidential-level lobbyist for two administrations for Raytheon (which has heavily invested in new-technology drones, which go for $4,500,000 each).

How about the innocent Libyan civilians, in housing compounds, already slaughtered by U.S. drones? Was it as good for you as it was for them?

WAKE UP, PEOPLE! WE ARE SLAUGHTERING LIBYAN CIVILIANS!

The birther stories are so seductive, addictive and irresistible. That's because we react, on cue, en masse, like the herd of sheeple we are, to unite behind (or against) someone we perceive is suffering from what may be a racially-motivated, but extremely stupid, attack.

We don't have to think. We know the insults and arguments to post. It's a thoughtless rush, like a hit off of a crack-pipe.

You need to snap out of your hate towards the President and face the facts that the Primaries have been over for a while, the election was won by President Obama in a landslide and move on. Your obsession of hate is becoming a bit worrisome and might be seen as a build up to you trying to make yourself famous like Wilkes Booth or that patsy Oswald. GET over it. Hillary has certainly moved on and is enjoying her job. SO stop before some West Virginia farm boys with F.B.I shirts pay you a visit because these post are being monitored and they (trust me on this) have your IP and all pertinent information already.

You really should stop watching Alex Jones. The man is full of martial law conspiracies and random, illogical and fluff observations of the real situation. If people like you had good ideas, you would have more political clout in this country; unfortunately, you're no less radical than Ron Paul and his half-assed philosophy that turning the country inside out would be productive.

    • I'm just going to extend an olive branch in the hopes that we could just put this bullshit behind us. It's not going to be popular (especially with the more liberal people here), but I see it as the only way to end this:

Birthers, everyone will forget that this whole thing ever happened, and never use both what you did and what you must do against you, if you just say, on camera, "I don't like that there's a nigger in the white house." It's a win-win; we no longer have to deal with you trying to bring national attention to something that's not even a rumor, and you don't have to lie to us or yourselves anymore.

    • And the irrelevant ones just keep getting all of the attention in media and here. I wonder how many know of the intense storms and floods going on in the middle of this country and how many people have been impacted by the wild weather happening here for the past few weeks or even care? Is this all we are going to see on Current now? Donald Trump and "birthers"?

I agree with you Jan. I am so sick of these "birthers" and I wish that now the President has released his "long form" birth certificate we can move onto more important issues like the economy, jobs, and the environment.

This looks like it is going to be a really bad year. How much more can the middle class take. Just as jobs are slow coming back, the middle class gets kicked in the teeth by the Republicans that are trying to take away their hard earned money and re-distribute it to the wealthy. Now mother nature is taking away their homes (those that haven't already been taken back by the banks). It is a sad, sad time and we need people to focus on how to move forward rather than on sensational new stories.

I know I've been just as guilty of falling into the trap because I hate injustice. But now it's time to move on to discuss other important issues.

    • Earth to dumb BITCH.... Barrack Obama Sr. WAS AN AFRICAN. He was from Africa, dumb whore. Stupid bitch the horrific term "negro" was coined here in America, NOT AFRICA. What a dumb bitch.

She is an embarrassment to this country, she needs to leave and our IQ would jump up 20%.

Wwwweeellllllll...I also agree she is stupid, however.....

Africa is a CONTINENT, not a country, nor is the word AFRICAN a race description. There are Black AND White Africans. It is at best a notation of geographical ORIGIN.

Soooooo, let us NOT perpetuate the stupidity.

      In 1961???

Or were you thinking of another point in time?

I'm asking because Barack H. Obama II was born in 1961. The Birth Certificate was filled out in 1961. His Father Barack H. Obama was born in the continent of Africa. Which would make him a BLACK African of Africa. And I guarantee you that any white fellow whose linage was from Italy, [European] ...I guarantee you that his Father's race would have been listed as White, or Caucasian and not Italian. The place of birth of that father would say Italy, but the RACE would NOT say Italian.

African, European, Italian, American, German, etc... is a denotation of country or Continent of origin, [as in nationality] it is NOT a denotation of RACE.

yes, remember that at this point of time loving v virginia was still a couple years off, the KKK were still going strong with a revival, the civil rights act was still considerd a long sought dream and lynching was happening on a fairly frequient basis. There was still segration going on, suppression of voting rights and etc etc etc.

and italians were called italians, not white since they were considerd to be off-white.(minor point I know but I get nit-picky) white people got called white, everybody else was bunched up as asian, latin, african etc. for them to use the term African more than likely refers to the fact that his father wasn't a "negro". The legal difference being negro was reserved for american born people of african lineage while black or african was used to describe the immigrants. by listing his race as african it drew a distinction that morons back then insisted on.

      And here we are.....
We have advanced civilization and humanity ....

We've come so far that a international business man [Donald Trump] with estimated wealth and properties in the millions is still screaming about the race/nationality/birth of an ALREADY duly, and legally elected official.

President Barack Hussein Obama II is the leader of one of the most physically and economically powerful countries in the world. And all these people can see in front of them is a "nigger" won the election. An unworthy "nigger" at that, because he wasn't a homegrown "nigger". That's it, basically. It didn't matter that he won the election by an undisputed margin.

It didn't matter that his predecessor took over a Trillion dollars in SURPLUS and pissed it off in his first year. It didn't matter that the deficit left to clean up from President Bush's Administration was almost twice the SURPLUS that was left by the Clinton Administration. I won't even bring up the infamous WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION.

All these people know is that a "nigger" got elected and they're pissed. The unthinkable happened. They were so sure it could NEVER happen that they decided to run Grandpa Mc Cain, and the Alaskan Bimbo; because surely the American public would NEVER elect a "nigger', right?

Harvard Law review....Nah...he never earned it. Why he's a "nigger". An Affirmative Action token, wood-pile "nigger". Hell...no "nigger" could possibly be THAT smart, right?

Well, even if he does NOT get re-elected for a second term, IT HAPPENED. I know these dimwits will spend the rest of their days trying null and void his presidency. Even if by some asinine miracle some Republican finds a way to do that...IT HAPPENED. It happened and once something is achieved it proves that it can happen again.

At this point I will concede the whole argument to you, TIMETIDE. It's just so tiring to have to keep debating all these semantics. See this is where I get tempted to just walk away shaking my head and gritting teeth.

Until then, I all I just want to know: "Is there ever going to be a point when this RACIAL shit ends??"
