This makes me so sad and angry at the same time. Leave this couple alone! They did nothing wrong. This man has no business for being in jail for one day! So some cop had nothing better to do than snoop into this couple's backyard or was it some asshole neighbor who narced on them? Either way it's desplicable! Why don't this country just legalize pot? And start worrying about more important things like the economy, jobs, infrastructure etc. The rest of the world laughs at us......and we desreve it.

This shit really needs to stop. If the law enforcement agencies spent even half the time they spent on minor drug offenses on prosecuting Wall Street cheats (who, by the way, still do mounds of cocaine) for real crime, the world would be a much nicer place.
