Floods like we have not seen in decades!!!!!!!!!

Why isn't Americans more concerned about what is going on here???? Tornados and now these Floods.........total devastation!!!!!!!!!!!! Do we care???? Are we helping all we can??? Is the Media giving this the coverage it deserves to have?
