NOAA: 2011 Atlantic hurricane season could produce up to 18 named storms

In the official release of the 2011 hurricane season forecast Thursday morning, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said they expect another above normal year for tropical storms and hurricanes in the Atlantic Basin.
