FBI Targeting Political Activists as Terrorists !

kennymotown
Anti-terrorism resources are being used to target environmentalists, peace, animal and political activists who hold different views than the government

This 4 minute video reveals what most of us already know! The Elite have the Patriot act in place and a secret Patriot act they can fall back on just to protect the Elite structure that took them so long to create. I really wonder how much more the citizens of this country will take before they hit the streets, 10,20,30 years more? You should be very afraid as well for TORTURE will be used against citizens of this country in the name self protection of the Homeland, way too many people have been brain washed into thinking that water boarding is not torture. I said from the beginning when it was learned we were torturing it was discovered on purpose to intimidate our citizens. Be very afraid of what is coming our way citizens, be very afraid!

    • The download at http://mayday.karleklund.net is a long version of a comment on this story. The final suggestion is a church because that has constitutional protection. It won't keep government agencies from snooping, but if the church doesn't do anything overtly criminal it should be OK.

    • This isn't surprising.

Protesting only goes so far. If we want actions like these to end, then activists need to not only 'voice' their opinioins, they need to put them on paper and get involved in the actual workings of government. Just complaining about something doesn't really accomplish much.

definitely blow something up, maybe a balloon or a condom, sure to attract attention

      BANG!

Writing letters eventually becomes pretty frustrating when you get countless bullshit replies or corrupt bureaucrats get off with a warning at worst, maybe a small fine. But not to say you still shouldn't keep doing it, maybe eventually other people will join in. It definitely can get things done from time to time. Sometimes you get results in a matter of days. Tougher matters may take many years, but it's sure worth it to see them squirm.

Please don't blame the victim here. Citizens have been involved in government for a LOOOOONG time.

Over the last 15 years or so, gradually, our elected representatives simply quit responding with anything than form letters to our concerns. They also gradually grew more bold about blatantly breaking campaign promises.

So the change has been in the politicians. There have been so many letter-writing and phone-call campaigns to try to talk some sense into our elected reps. They ignore what we say.

You know, I'm starting to think that, a few years after Obama is out of the Oval Office, like we did with Nixon, we will start hearing how paranoid Obama was, and that's what drove him to such extreme measures.

There's just something not right about Obama, a disconnect. My mother, an aggressive political activist, said, while Nixon was still in office, "There's something not right about Nixon." She was right, too.

I sense the same disconnect in Obama that my mother pointed out in Nixon.

Whatever. The nation suffered because of Nixon's mental illness. Just like the nation is suffering under Obama's reign.

    • This has all happened before people. The records of FBI infultration of anti-war movements is long and well documented. We've failed to learn from our history so I guess we're bound to repeat them. So sad to see this once great country slide into Republican Fascism with the help from (some) Democrats and our president!!!!?.

    • Our government has been targeting specific groups since the "Red Scare" of the McCarthy era. Thirty years later when B list, Screen Writers Guild informant, turned President Ronald Regan, laxed the constitutional restrictions on the CIA, and FBI, opened the door for these agencies to do what ever they wanted in the nane of "Securty". It was then that "Special Interest" agencys were allowed to "Influence" other branches of government, including the FBI and CIA. 911 occured and the "Holy Grail" of governmental repression was organized and in motion. That's why George W, ordered NORAD to "Stand Down" when the planes that hit the towers made an unschedueld U-Turn and headed back tward Manhattan. Corporate interest and the Republican Party had their excuse to initiciate the so called Patriot Act, Homeland Security, and their Strangle Hold on the citizen's of the country.

Now, very little time is spent by the CIA and FBI on going after "Real" terrorist groups. (After all the KKK is still alive and well.) Most of it however is spent on the Supression of the Peoples Will. Those groups that don't want their beaches or thier favorite fishing places distroyed by negligent oil spills or poisionous fracking waste. Or others who are not "White". Who, too, were born in this country that just wants to be considered American with the same rights as everyone else. Or thoes that worship a different religion that just so happens to NOT be Christian. Espically thoes WHO HAVE NO RELIGION AT ALL!

If you connect the dot's between one specific political party, (Republican), The "Special Interests" of multi-national corporations, The "Trickle Down Economy", which has proven it's worthlessness as a failure, the "Tax-Free" status of the Super Wealthy, How "We the People" are working harder and longer for less and less money, the lack of decient paying jobs do to "Outsorceing", The attack on Medicare, purposed eradication of Social Security, ect. ect.ect.

Of course the Government has no choise but to beef up security on it's own people. The "Special Interest's" that be are afriad of an outright revolt by the American People on the Corporate Investments and the Republican party that wants to perpetually dictate to a mass of uneducated serfs. Again George W's second presidential dissapointment was that he couldn't "Censorize the Internet". REALLY?? His first being "Privitizing Social Security". These two points are considered "FAILURES"??

My point here is we need to stand back for a second and take a breath, look at the whole picture, do our damndest to connect the dots, and ask as many questions as possible!

It's an Ayn Rand world after all.

I agree. Though I would not kill any FBI agent except in self defense,
it's obvious the only good FBI agent IS a dead one. I know from personal
experience with these nazi thugs that spans the past 37 years, they're evil.
Immagine the maldito del diablo you see in the immage as having a paper
bag over his face with a bullseye painted on it. There's a bullet with his
name on it too at the rate they're going. When you see his face, you're
looking at the REAL terrorist. None of the FBI's projection can fool the
psychologists. We know the dirty tricks of these inferior schweinehunten.
The real Historical Gestapo would have made make short work of the FBI
no matter the delusions of grandeur they entertain in misbelieving themselves
to be " secret police " The FBI are NOT police. They're public dicks. And
despite the routinely secretized Organized Crime practices of the FBI, they
can't replace the benign lawful authority of the States under color of
UnConstitutional " authority " they blackmail Congress & the Oval Office for..
Not even with all the elaborate con the FBI uses the CIA & Corporate TV
to mass hypnotize, and mind control the masses with. As one other man
put it. The masses are unthinking asses.

    • i just have to say i hate how there are people out there who still think the government is good or not powerful. They accept so much stuff we know is true like the lie to get into vietnam or the crazy medical experiments that are done to soldiers and civilians. But then they are able to say "Theres no way we are in Afganistan for Herion, or No way is 9/11 a conspiracy" "all that bad stuff was in the past and they didnt really know what they were doing was wrong"

But i guess those people are so scared of strangers that they think if there was no cops or government people would just start killing people.
Which I guess is true people are parisites Im no hippie. But the reason I dont kill people is not because its against the Law.

Some activists are extreme & use tactics that fall into the category of terrorism.

If you pose a danger, i'm glad the FBI is looking at you. It is what it is.

I have nothing to fear, I'm not Jewish nor a Gypsy nor a homosexual. Foolishly standing by doing nothing millions of good little Germans thought they had nothing to fear! Isn't it a sign of the times that we've come to be so " dirty tricked " into
copying the absurdities of others as if we were mindless parrots ? Honest
money can't be printed Constutitonaly, it has to be coined out of Gold, Silver,
Copper.Currency exists merely for convenience to be redeemed by the real
money. The essential problem with foreign fiat currency (Federal Reserve Notes)
which are counterfeit according to the Constitutional legal standard, is that
when Gold hits $ 2,000. an oz, our Monopoly funny money will be worth
exactly 1 Copper penny. Where did the other 99% go, you may wonder ?
It was embezzeled slowly over the past 98 years in the form of the Bankster
created national debt which will causeour monentary system to collapse by
and by. That's why they've been pumping so much money into the military
industrial complex since they Murdered JFK. Eisenhaur warned us of them.

If they can't secure the oil fields to forstall the inevitable, our economy will
collapse all the sooner even before our money does. Meanwhile the Banksters
are converting all the bogus currency they print into Gold as fast as they
can before every one of the Sheeple discover their Ponzi Scheme. Baaaaaaa.
There will come a time when wheelbarrows full of Fed Reserve notes won't
buy a loaf of bread. It happened in the Weimar Republic of Germany after
WW1. Depression leads only to war. People need what they need. If they
can't buy it, they'll commit Piracy to steal it any way they can. Meanwhile,
like sacred cows, the Banksters survive with their Gold. And clean up. They
know they make tonnes more money fomenting war than in peace. The
Gummint has to borrow money to waste on war, then borrow more to rebuild
what they've destroyed. The Marshall Plan was hugely expensive. There's
one born every minute, and 2 to take their money. Why I believe in Conspiracy therorists. " Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to
get you " Heh. They sure got the wrong number with me though. My grandad

In the USA Today newspaper, runing for at least several days starting
on Sept. 21, 2010, they ran a series of news articles on the front page.
If you research it, the articles are top dead center. You can't miss them.
There exists a Federal Statute awarding attorney fees & expenses to
those innocent victims of the Dept of Injustice' malicious criminal prosecutions.
Though the damage will have been done by that point, so long as you
can find an honest lawyer, you can still sue the Gummint for tort damages too.
Their idea of Soverign Immunity won't stand up to an honest Judge, who
can give anyone permission to sue upon a proper showing of good cause.
      Trust me, artemis 6, there's a crooked U.S. Attorney named Sudaby who's
already failed miserable in his first 2 attempts to maliciously frame me in 1991,
and in 2002. He's recently made his 3rd strike following in the footsteps of his
crooked partner in Racketeering Fitzpatrick who attempted that at least 6 other
times. Both the Injustice League will be disbarred by New York in 2012. I pity
the fools. There's a NYS maximum security prison cell waiting for both on
multiple counts of charges that will be filed against them for Enterprise Corruption.

I understand the fear of Big Brother getting all up in your private life & the civil liberties trounced upon by Bush's Patriot Act (FYI, he was spying on us long BEFORE 9/11 - that was just the catalyst he needed to go "public" w/his fascist proclivities)...

However, I don't mind the FBI looking into radical activists. It's not up to "ME" to decide who the "THREAT" is - that's their job & exactly why they're looking.

The rise in "PATRIOT" groups shot up something like 60% when Obama took office.

psst! "PATRIOT" is code for crazy red-necked bagger.

      Here's a link of you're interested:

Since Obama took office the rise of HATE GROUPS in America has ballooned! (9 of 10 are (F)Right Wing white supremacist groups!)
      http://www.splcenter.org/get-informed/news/us-hate-groups-top-1000
The SPLC documented 1,002 hate groups operating in 2010 – a 7.5% increase from the 932 groups active a year earlier and a 66% rise since 2000. It is the first time the number of hate groups has topped 1,000 since the SPLC began counting them in the 1980s.

But the most dramatic growth in the radical right came in the antigovernment “Patriot” movement – a 61% increase.

      ^ OH THOSE DARNED "PATRIOTS"!

These conspiracy-minded organizations, which see the federal government as their primary enemy, grew by 61 percent over the previous year. Their numbers increased to 824 groups in 2010, from 512 groups a year earlier.

I'm sure these groups are also being looked at.

The point is, the "THREATS" are real & someone's gotta be looking to ensure the whack-a-doos don't carry out their crazy - and sometimes dangerous agendas.

I support the FBI looking into radical groups.

Did i say I support innocent Americans being detained for 6 months? NO.

That said there's always gonna be collateral damage in investigations...

    • I heard about this last year on Amy Goodman's "Democray Now!" The government don't want us fighting back at all for our rights. Here in WI, the media paints us folks who went to Madison as scumballs. We get told how nice Walker is and that we should (this quote comes right from my local paper) "Calm down and grow up." Fuck you! There was nothing wrong with what we did here in WI. It was about fighting (and we still are fighting) for the heart and soul of this state. People being harrassed for environmental and animal rights and for wanting peace is just wrong and they are not terrorists! But this kind of stuff by the government has always gone on. Years ago it was J. Edgar Hoover. Today, it's the Patriot Act. But it's all the FBI. They don't like when people rise up and our government wants to keep us in "our place." Big Brother is here.

Considering that Nobama, Reid, Pelosi are 90% SMOKE & MIRRORS
con artists, and out & out scheweinehunten they certainly generate
plenty of that. The way I think of Nobama reminds me of a scene from
Jackie Gleeson & Art Carney's popular mid 1950s TV series. In one
episode of one scene, Norton(Carney) asks Cramden(Gleeson)
      " Hey Ralph, do you mind if I smoke ? " " Norton, I don't care if you BURN ! "
( Jackie Gleeson played the role of the angry fat man ). And there
was no shortage of fat jokes in this series. Though the series started
out as a drama in early 1954, by the time mid 1955 rolled around,
they had a different mind set, and it worked better as a commedy.
Eg. Ralph Cramden to his wife Alice: " Don't forget, Alice ! I wear the
pants around this house ! Alice: " Ralph, your pants could fit around
this house " Or, another jab by Norton: Ralph tells him his social security
number, which gets Norton snickering. " What on earth are you laughing
at Norton ? " " I didn't know that was your social security number Ralph.
I THOUGHT IT WAS YOUR WEIGHT !!! " Norton did you ever see any
of my photos when I was younger " " No. I never did see you when you
was a baby elephant, Ralph " This mid 1950s vintage Black & White
TV series was founded on the idea that carefuly expressed anger could
      generate commedy.

Speaking of the 1960s, do you remember the cartoons
they used to feature on TV during the 1950s-1960s era ?
I remember back to the time I was 2 years old, which was
1951 for me, so I recall them vividly. They used to feature
a fly buzzing around inside a guy's house. The guy was
portrayed as a dim witted, slow moving, nincompoop. So
when he couldn't use a fly swatter with any effectiveness,
he resorted to using a shot gun. He went berserk putting
holes in the walls and roof of his house, until his house
was destroyed. And still the fly was seen buzzing around.

Moral of the story should be obvious. The House is the
USA built up on successful Constitutionaly lawful Statutes.
The shotgun is the USA FBI Traitor Act mislabeled Patriot by
nazis like Hitler Bush, the Flunkie Bureau, and the CIA.
( As if those malditos del diablo could ever know what
the word patriot means ) The destruction to our way of life
is what's resulted from it's criminal misuse because it was
deliberately worded so vaguely that it was designed to be
abused. If the USA FBI Traitor act and it's blackmailed
Sheeple in Congress & the Oval Office were't so tragic
their absurd pathology of fear would almost be as comical
as the cartoons. Since we were part of the pioneering TV
generation...And since they knew back then that kids are
generaly brighter than adults, they knew the lesson would
not be wasted on us, at least Kenny.

    • Sorry folks, but as complacent as the people are, I do not see anyone taking to the streets in pritest any time soon. Too busy worrying about the new choice for American Idol. Sad commentary.

thats the problem... in the middle east they don't have the luxury of tv and internet in every home... nothing to keep them occupied, over here we have all that stuff so we are always to occupied to stand up for our rights, because we want our american idol star to win among other things...

    • As much as it is wrong to have the government target such activists as terrorist, I think that this could move protestors and activist in a different direction. Instead of protesting for things that we want the government to do, activists of all sorts should lead by example. That way they could draw more uninformed Americans by certain lifestyle changes that could impress them and draw them into learning more about what they support. For instance, Environmentalists usually have solar light roofing on their house, where they get their source of electricity. This saves them ALOT of $$$$ in the long run. We want to save money. Once they begin to make certain changes in their lives, they end up boycotting certain businesses that support the war or oil refineries and begin to want change from the gov. Once businesses and the gov. recognize these movements or change in the way the Americans view things, the gov. is bound to make some action (let's hope that its nothing abonimable). They'll see that business is not as up to date as it should be, big businesses are hardly making any money and that the economy is on its last limb. Obama seems to call to attention the lifestyles that families live. Yet, Obama hasn't always stayed true to his word (i think that we could thank the donimate republican house leaders from over the past few years)

    • Uh, I can't keep track of all the wrong -- is it still okay for agents of the government to raid my home without my knowledge? And does the 4th amendment extend to my private data in sources outside my home?
