The Syrian intelligence cut off the genitals of a 13-year-old child, Hamza Ali Al-Khatib, before returing his dead body to his family, with black marks of tortures, bullets holes and without his genitals. The torture and murder of this child lead to demos in all Syrian cities and towns and as well as in many places where Syrians reside abroad.

The Syrian Air Force intelligence arrested about 51 Syrians on April 29, 2011, according to other sources, hundreds were arrested while forming a human shield to stop the Syrian military forces from attacking Saida, about three miles east of Dara. 13 families of detainees received the bodies of their children bearing signs of brutal torture and bullet holes. On Wednesday May 25 2011, the Syrian authorities return the body of Hamza Ali Al-Khatib to his family, after two months of detention and severe torture.

The demonstrators in Vienna formed a heart of red candles to symbolize the number of Syrian martyrs in the center of Stephansplatz. In the middle of the heart, the Syrians formed with small white candles the words “Freedom for Syria”.

    • yall know where im going with this.............

just remember the next time ya want to criticize israel for how it deals with people who are in a state of all out war with them, how the rest of the region functions comparatively.

israel kills palestinians who are engaged in legit combat and are played as if they are the bad guys, while those who are on the side of the palestinians, funding them, idealogicaly supporting them, are doing shit like this to civilians.

where does your blleding heart do the most good?
condeming a partner in freedom?or advocating for those on the syrian/iranian side?

    • I think we should just let them cut off anyone's genitals they want, without interference. It's not right that we've taken over Germany, or Japan and plundered their resources and taken over their infrastructures.

      :P

    • I wonder if this constitutes the same kind of humanitarian catastrophe that got us into Libya. How about Bahrain? How about Darfur? How about Sierra Leone?

US and NATO just use these kinds of humanitarian issues to go and invade these nations and plunder whatever resources they have. Then they use IMF loans to rebuild these nations under the conditions that they get to control that nation's infrastructure, or worse set up permenant military bases to launch even more wars.

It's got very litle to do with humanitarianism.

Ah, I see you've been paying attention to whats happening and not just listening to what you're being told. Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Greece, the list goes on. Wait for a crisis and then start turning the screws.

Notice that Hillary Clinton is not denouncing Spain for turning their police thugs all hopped up steorid and amphetamine loose on peaceful activists protesting austerity measures.

Just the Muslim nations who are protesting is Clinton going to have a comment on.
