President Obama LIes About Chrysler Repaying Its Debt

Just yesterday at Jeep factory President Obama praised Chrysler for paying back ALL of it's debt. But doing the math leaves the taxpayer. $6.4B short. Hey, but what's a billion here and a billion there?
