NYPD Harassing Puerto Rican Day Parade Goers 2011

It is a shame when individuals are issued a sense of responsibility towards others and somehow it transforms into authoritarian behaviorism that's totally counter-productive. I only wonder how many others where targeted and if any were arrested.
