Get Equal, a California-based gay rights group, claimed responsibility for the stunt, citing Bachmann's support for a proposed ban on same-sex marriage in Minnesota and “history of anti-gay rhetoric.”
“You can run, but you cannot hide! Keep your hate out of our Constitution!” shouted Rachel E. B. Lang, who threw glitter at Bachmann but did not succeed in hitting her. Get Equal said in a press release that her words were a reference to to the conservative “You Can Run But You Cannot Hide” ministry for which Bachmann has helped raise money.

Ms. Bachmann has the right to her opinions and beliefs the same as anyone else in America, and should be able to express them without being accosted, the same as anyone else in America. The right does not throw things at the left when they are speaking. Why does the left think this behavior is OK, in a free society? What happened to "tolerance", which the left always preaches? It seems the left only tolerates its own.
If you don't like what she has to say, don't vote for her.

Sadly, you missed the point.
School is for learning. Church is for indoctrination. I wholeheartedly support this woman making her outlandish statements - loudly and often - so the entire country can come to the understanding she is NOT FIT for office. I say, keep talking, Michele!!
