I was excited at Obama's election. I thought, "FINALLY, we would get away from the Facist direction that the republican's took us.Two and a half years later, what has changed? nothing.
Would I want the Repugs back? HELL NO!, but don't kid yourself into thinking that Obama and the Democrats care for the people any more than the Repugs do. What they both care about more than anything else are the Benjamins. Given the choice they would throw you, me and everyone else under the bus if the banksters told them to. The issue at hand, as I see it, is that we all keep feeding the bipartisan paradigm loop by putting unnecessary amounts of energy into either supporting or objecting to these two sides of the same coin.

It might be more beneficial to invest our energies into a less exclusive worldview.

So, instead of blaming/insulting cartoonish concepts of Bush or Obama, what if we redirected ourselves both individually and communally? How else will something new manifest? Two quotes come to mind:

1. Insanity = doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results.

I think Obama is a tool like all the rest, but I could not vote for a Republican and still look at myself in the mirror, so I'll just hold my nose and punch the screen, then go home and throw up.

Well its been long enough to free brad, to not go after Julian Assange and other whistle blowers, he could have fought for universal health care, he could have fought to not extend the bush tax cuts, he could have not started bombing Libya, he could have stopped the war in Iraq and brought the troops home, he could stop the secret war in Yemen, he could stop killing civilians around the planet... So what has he done right so far?

Why would you want to free a man accused of stealing confidential information from the government. If you or I had been accused of stealing we would be in jail. Trials don't seem to come quickly Military or civil court. No one should be released untill they are proven innocent.

Obama never campaigned on universal health care. He did want to give us a choice of a public option or staying with the big Insurance companies. He could not get the votes for public option, even from all of his own party. What he got was through reconciliation, needing 51 votes. Has many good things for people that need health care.

He agreed for two more years of Bush tax cuts so he could renew tax cuts, he gave the middle class, plus a payroll tax cut, plus extention of unemployment, plus extending funds for planned parenthood. We'll see if they are renewed in two years. For sure if republicans take the White House, they will be renewed.

He has brought 100,000 combat troops home from Iraq. The other 50.000 by end of this year or first of next year.

We don't have troops on the ground in Libya or Yemen. No war has been declared. We are helping the innocent people these dictators are killing. They are torturing their own people.

If you want to know all the good he has accomplished ,research.

Dennis is a good man, but is not going to run against Obama. Paul would take entitalments away from the people and renew Buch tax cuts.
