Astonishing as it is, the teabags and teahags will follow republicans even though the party of no improvement in the lives of main street workers while the incomes of the executives of the companies that they work and those others on Wall Street escalate into the clouds of unbelievable wealth made from the slave labor of the workers on main street and those that work in the jobs h have been sent overseas (say to China).

We need to come together to build a stronger country that provides a wealth of opportunity for all Americans while ensuring that jobs for average citizens will provide for the basic necessities of their families (food, clothing, housing, medical and retirement).

Media news outlets never really cover the huge gaps that continue to grow between the haves and the have nots--why? Where is the main stream news media when it comes to reporting the resulting effect to republican policies forced upon all of us. The President is a democrat? The Senate is democrat? Yet, the democrats act like whipped puppies.

A lot are split pretty evenly with the exception of the unions who give almost exclusively to the Dem Party. How come we don't hear any noise about that?

Most politicians are bought and sold by corporations. There are some glimmers of hope, but as you can see by what happened to Anthony Weiner, they usually find a way to stifle, silence, and/or remove them.

This is not democracy for the people; this is democracy for the corporations. Corporations are more important than you because they have more money.

Nice words Howard but did any of the Democrats step forward for the people of my state? Obama never put on his "comfortable shoes" to stand with the people of WI or the Unions. This is why the Unions are turning their backs on the Dems. None of the Dems wanted to talk about the WI uprising at all. If you didn't have the interent or live here, who would've known? The only people who dicussed it or cared was Rachel Maddow, Big Ed and Michael Moore. So once again it's SSDD and the people of this country have no one to represent them.

This is bull the two parties all have the same ultimate goal and the Democrats had been sitting on their faces so long it hard to tell them from a republican. The both are globalists. George Bush's own grandfather was a traitor and a nazi lover who helped install Hitler as Germany's leader. So its no wonder George bush was a fascist and his father too. You see Hitlers goal was world control and the Democrats could not adhere to that. The Democrats had fought the Zionist control of communist party and won out on that but When the state palestine was robbed from the Palestinians for the new state of ISrael the eternat war for world domination had started. The point is people on the left NEED to band together, and stop this whole "I won't vote for Obama I'd rather the nation go to hell" nonsense.

People need to realize there are some substancial intrinsic diferences between liberal and conservative mentality.

Conservatives, by definition, hold a far more cohesive worldview than Liberals do. They walk in lockstep. A Republican never badmouths another Republican. Yes, they have a little petty bickering and internal feuds, but nothing like on the left. They are a single united front.

Liberals are all over the place- we don't tend to unite. Beyond a few core concepts like human rights and social responsibility, but other than that we are rather random.

It's not Conservatives vs Liberals, it's Conservatives vs "everybody else".

We NEED more unity. We NEED to stop pretending that there is no diference between the left and the right.

We NEED to stop allowing disappointment with politicians for not being superheroes let us hand the country over to politicians who ARE supervillians.

The same can be said for the Democrats! Both political parties are bought and paid for by the elite so people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!

The corporations (unlike real people) will not support a politician that does not get them the results they want. If the majority of voters did the same almost all elected officials would have only one term.

It doesn't matter how much they identify with your pet causes before the election, they will never fight for it the way they fight for Tax Cuts for the Rich & Deregulation of Industy.
