Accused murderer Casey Anthony was found NOT GUILTY of the murder of her child, 2-year-old Caylee! After six weeks of listening to evidence, a jury deliberated for one day and found innocent.
Anthony has been found guilty of only one charge–providing false information to a law enforcement officer.
According to reports, she told officers her daughter had been missing for 30 days and was looking for her, but testimony revealed that during that time she instead got a tattoo “Bella Vita”–Italian for “beautiful life,” went clubbing at several Orlando night clubs and participated in a “hot body contest.”
The maximum sentence she can receive is four years–with the possibility of only serving as much as one year. Incredibly, she may serve NO TIME AT ALL because she has spent more than a year incarcerated since her Caylee’s 2008 murder.
An outraged crowd outside the Orlando courtroom told reporters they believe our justice system has failed.
The prosecution team was seen visibly shaken and distressed by the verdict.

Casey Anthony, 25, was charged with seven counts — first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and four counts of providing false information to a law-enforcement officer in Caylee’s 2008 disappearance and death.
Caylee was last seen June 16, 2008, but was not reported missing until July 15, 2008, when Casey Anthony’s mother, Cindy Anthony, tracked her daughter down and demanded answers regarding Caylee’s whereabouts.
Anthony has been found guilty of only one charge–providing false information to a law enforcement officer.
